We use a process of comprehensive analysis & testing, followed by an intensive session of consulting; leading to a global strategic plan we call the 'Roadmap to Growth'. A Woman’s Place Ministry is a spectacular, $1,000,000 large center in Hillsborough County FL. They were at a critical moment of growth facing a number of complex leadership, financial and growth opportunities. We have fully engaged them in the most recent New Level process. A full assessment and two day on site visit culminated with the organization shifting and re-allocating responsibility in-house, and the President preparing for transition into a national role. They will go on from here to fund and implement a New Level ‘Roadmap to Growth' and the Client and Financial Breakthrough Program. It is planning to merge with other centers and open multiple new centers in the next 3 years, dramatically impacting abortion as they take a leadership role in their county for life. A Woman’s Choice Resource Center is a dynamic ministry who first contracted with New Level, regarding a concern about the development issues. When New Level came in we began an extensive consultation regarding their organizational structure, outreach and developmental principles. Today, A Woman’s Place is one of America ’s most vibrant centers. They were able to apply the concepts we discussed together and the very competent leadership there has brought the ministry to build a state of the art multi propose center right across the street from an abortion clinic. Here in this center they provide life affirming gospel centered counseling and an array of services –even fitness and GED for the mothers who choose life. “The consult held by Dan Steiner at our center in February was very helpful. It established some great principles for conducting the development of our organization. It reminded us that the building of relationships with donors and potential donors is essential to a successful fund raising plan. In addition to the basic principles Dan also outlined very practical ways to implement those principles. The most valuable information to me was the putting on of a fund raising banquet. The meeting, as a follow up on June 13, was invaluable. In general the seminar and the follow up visit were extremely helpful to our center. “

Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy centers is a godly, five center, $1,000,000 operation in eastern PA. When New Level was requested to engage to help, they expressed a desire to reach more abortion vulnerable women and see more conversations to Jesus Christ. A two day assessment ensued, culminating in a debrief with the Board. This has changed the entire organization.
